Structural Lumber
Structural Plastic Lumber is a high-strength, eco-friendly alternative to traditional wood, ideal for demanding applications like bridges, docks, and marine structures. Made from recycled HDPE and reinforced with fiberglass, it resists moisture, rot, insects, and harsh environmental conditions. This low-maintenance material retains fasteners well, requires no painting or sealing, and is available in a range of sizes and colors.
Premium Lumber
Premium (non-structural) plastic lumber is a durable, low-maintenance alternative to wood, ideal for applications like benches, picnic tables, and outdoor cabinetry. Made from solid HDPE with UV inhibitors, it resists warping, rot, insects, and graffiti, and requires no painting or sealing. It is waterproof, color-stabilized, and compatible with standard woodworking tools. This material offers long-lasting performance in harsh environments while reducing long-term maintenance costs.
Industrial Lumber
Industrial Plastic Lumber, also known as utility grade, is an economical, low-maintenance solution for landscaping, highway, and park projects. Made from recycled LDPE, HDPE, and PP, it offers flexibility and durability, resisting rot, mold, and chemicals. Ideal for applications like garden borders, retaining walls, and pallets, it requires no painting or sealing and is easy to clean. While its rougher finish may be less aesthetically refined, it delivers long-lasting, eco-friendly performance.
Sheet Goods
Sheet goods, also known as plastic plywood, are manufactured from HDPE and HDPP, offering excellent impact resistance, low moisture absorption, and high tensile strength. Available in standard 4′ x 8′ sheets with thicknesses ranging from 1/16″ to 3/4″ (up to 1-1/2″ for volume orders), these sheets are wear-resistant, graffiti-resistant, and impervious to most chemicals. Multi-color options are offered in ½″ and ¾″ thicknesses with various color combinations.
